Well socks, actually.
A little while back I wrote a Sporadikos comic wherein the talking sloth and the Jungle Girl characters exchange artistic portraits of one-another. Jungle Girl’s contribution was a variation on the classic sock monkey doll made to look like the sloth. I mentioned once in a conversation with my girlfriend that I thought it’s be neat if someone made a real “sock sloth.”
Then along comes Christmas, I open up my present from her and waiting inside the box is…
She made him a reality!
This was such an unexpected but unimaginably awesome present! Dare I say– BEST PRESENT EVER!
This is great! It makes me think of the sock monkey at Grandma/Grandpa’s. Very cool.
this is probably the coolest thing ive ever seen. my best friend and i share a love for sloths to a ridiculous extent. I just wanted to know how your friend did this or where she got this because id love to get this for my friend. she would die haha
